Scuffed Cone

A faux 3d cone that allows you to control:

1. Tilt (-100% -> 100%)
2. Height
3. Width
4. Base, side, and stroke color

It otherwise looks pretty convincing so if you need a faux 3d cone, this could be good enough until you find a better option.
